Wednesday Night

This is it, the night before surgery. The ladies prayed for me at church tonight. I do have peace but I do not look forward to the AM but will be glad when Thursday afternoon comes. The next time I write on this blog site the cancer should be gone!

  1. I just received the e-mail from your church, today. I'm praying for you. Isaiah 41:9b-10 is a favorite of mine - it's so comforting to know that our Father is upholding us - especially at times like this. Last year, when my brother was badly injured in an accident he said, "God has always had a plan. He still has a plan, and I'm right in the middle of it." Love you!

  2. We are all praying for you and hope that all goes well with surgery. I am keeping Mom updated on your blog and we are so thankful that you are doing this! What a great way to "go through it with you"! We love you and wish we could be with you!

  3. I know that friends on both sides of the ocean are praying for you. Some people think that nurses are braver than others -- not so. But, I do know that Jesus, our Healer, is beside you with His peace and love. Keep trusting.

  4. I walked down this path four years ago, Easter weekend. My family declared a holiday "do over." I look back and am amazed at the people God brought to walk alongside me. I will pray that, when you look back, you will find yourself filled with praise as well.
